At bpv GRIGORESCU we are a very friendly and supportive team and we like to welcome our new colleagues accordingly. To this end, we have developed the "Angels" programme, a tool dedicated to the newly graduates and trainees we recruit.
When you start working with us you will be allocated to an "Angel" among our senior lawyers whose main mission is to guide you through the essentials of our work processes and our firm's culture and expectations. It is the "Angel's" responsibility as much as yours to make sure that you understand and adhere to our client approach and our quality standards. To achieve this, we are training our "Angels" in organizational coaching, thus providing them with the tools to become real mentors for their protégées.
The programme includes a social component as well, as, for example, "Angels" have an allocated budget to take protégées out for a social event once a month.
We place great importance on integrating new staff in our team as well as on our team's commitment to our values and goals. In line with this, the "Angels'" performance is part of their formal evaluation. At the same time, we expect the protégées to become "Angels" and therefore a thorough attitude and initiative is rewarded in this context, as it is in general within our firm.
