bpv GRIGORESCU advises GDM Electronics on a real estate leasing transaction in Romania
A team of lawyers from bpv GRIGORESCU advised Belgian industrial group GDM Electronics on a complex real estate leasing transaction concluded with Immorent Romania. This transaction enables GDM Electronics to establish a new production plant close to Curtea de Arges. The building to be erected includes offices distributed on approximately 2,000 square meters and a production hall of approximately 13,000 square meters.
