The seminar was delivered by bpv LEGAL lawyers and it comprehensively covered all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence procedures. The focus was on an interactive exchange of practical experience in dealing with the different aspects implied by the process in the different jurisdictions covered by the Alliance. The event is one of a series of trainings organized by bpv LEGAL alliance member firms for their staff within the established regional practice groups. |
