We have therefore set up a streamlined recruiting procedure that will neither put you through and endless chain of interviews nor leave you without feedback at the end of the process.
The recruiting procedure generally involves two main steps: a discussion with our Human Resources Manager and subsequently a more detailed and specific interview with one partner of the firm. Feedback will be usually provided within two weeks of the last interview.
When recruiting newly graduates and trainees, we may also ask them to take a test.
For the recruitment of more experienced lawyers or partners, the process could include discussions on targets, business plans, investments and rewards.
