Andreea Cărare is an associate advising regularly on corporate matters, business transfers and reorganizations, commercial and civil agreements, as well as intellectual property issues.
Andreea has particular experience in assisting clients in real estate and corporate transactions – from due diligence investigations to post-closing matters, being also involved in various mergers and acquisitions and banking and financing projects. She is a member of the practice group assisting domestic and international clients in relation to the development or the acquisition of renewable energy projects. During her activity, Andreea has developed a broad expertise in providing legal advice to clients operating in the oil and gas field and to companies in the mining industry.
Her experience focuses on aspects related to commercial and corporate matters, as well as construction and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining our firm, Andreea advised on a number of strategic privatizations, having been involved in large scale due diligence exercises and contract negotiations. Her practice includes advising on matters related to capital markets, greenfield projects and public procurement issues.
