Cezara Constantinescu is a senior associate in the firm’s dispute resolution and insolvency practice groups, where she has been involved in complex commercial, insolvency and administrative disputes.
Her litigation and arbitration expertise is complemented by the regular legal advice she gives on commercial matters, with particular focus on commercial contracts and insolvency related issues.
Cezara’s industry practice includes infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, as well as utilities. Her business and European law education bring a valuable contribution to her understanding and handling of multidisciplinary projects.
