Flavius Florea is a senior associate active in the firm’s dispute resolution practice, advising and representing clients on corporate and commercial matters, insolvency and general corporate law.
He has participated in representation of numerous national and international companies in a diverse array of litigation matters. Flavius represents clients in disputes related to contractual liability, bankruptcy procedures, taxation and public procurement procedures. He also provides legal assistance and representation in corporate transactions, sports related disputes and intellectual property issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Flavius engaged in numerous volunteer projects which targeted students and recent graduates who are interested in academic and personal excellence in addition to their university studies.
