Ruxandra Pîrlan joined our team in 2015 as an associate after a one-year internship with our firm. Since then, she has been mainly involved in the practice areas of commercial and corporate law.
Ruxandra advises in various matters concerning the IT and technology sectors, data protection, media and advertising, competition and tax, thus gaining relevant expertise in various fields and a better overview and understanding of various businesses and their internal wiring. Other areas of interest for Ruxandra include pharmaceuticals and IP, particularly Copyright and Trademarks.
Ruxandra is also an active member of the professional association Liderjust (NGO) that promotes the rule of law, leadership, democratic values and initiative within the justice system and the judicial profession and also within society by developing programs aimed at implementing good practices in the field of legal education and participatory democracy.
