Cristina Mihai was promoted to Managing Associate in bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA law firm, being member of this team for more than 6 years. Before her appointment in this position, Cristina Mihai used to hold the Senior Associate position. Before joining the team of bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA, Cristina Mihai worked in the legal departments of two leading multidisciplinary consultancy companies.
Cristina Mihai’s main areas of expertise are competition law, commercial law, banking and financial law, construction and industrial projects law, all of these being practices in which Cristina Mihai has gained a wide experience, providing consultancy and legal advice in a wide range of transactions with local and international impact, for important clients, most of them leaders of the markets they operate on. Cristina Mihai is author of many articles published in national or international technical publications and was speaker in many events. Similarly, Cristina Mihai is an active member of the Competition Law and State Aid committee of AmCham Romania, where she brought-up her contribution also to drafting the amendment proposals for the competition legislation.
Cristina Mihai is a member of Bucharest Bar, a graduate of the Law Faculty of Bucharest University and has a Master in International and European Business Law with Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University. Cristina professes in Romanian, English and French.

Before starting her collaboration with bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA, Cristina Randjak used to work as legal adviser for large pharma company in Romania.
Cristina Randjak has more than 6 years of experience in labor law and tax law, providing consultancy in any maters regarding individual or collective labor relations, business transfer and outsourcing, occupational health and safety regulations, labor law and tax law issues in the context of reorganization, as well as corporate transactions, applied for a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, automotive, IT&C, medical and pharma services. Likewise, Cristina is author and speaker for publications and national and international event, approaching very diverse topics regarding labor law, tax law and public procurements.
Since 2010, Cristina has been actively involved in the proposals and negotiations of the amendments to the labor law, in particular the Labor Code and the Law on Social Dialogue. Cristina is also an active member in the Labor Market & Education, Taxation and Public Procurement, PPP and Infrastructure committees of AmCham Romania. Cristina professes in both Romanian and English.
Raluca Marcu was promoted to Senior Associate in the Litigation Practice of bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA law firm. Raluca has been a member of bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA team since 2006. Raluca has a rich experience in taxation law and administrative disputes, public procurements and civil law, successfully assisting local and international companies in courts of law and arbitration courts. Previously, Raluca used to practice in the consultancy department of the firm, where she has gained experience in business transactions and was involved in importance merger and acquisition and corporate law projects. Her litigation and consultancy experience and achievements recommends her as an excellent professional, capable for providing complete and highly efficient services and solutions to all problems of legal nature.
Raluca graduated the Law Faculty of Bucharest University in 2006 and became member of Bucharest Bar in 2007. Raluca renders legal consultancy in Romanian and English.

Ioan is specialized in professional litigations, debt recovery, commercial arbitration, and civil disputes, as well as in court order enforcement proceedings. Ioan has successfully and currently assisted the clients of the firm in all the stages of civil and professional negotiations preceding the court proceedings. The legal assistance services he is involved in offer the advantage of a practical approach, focused on identification of medium and long-term solutions integrated into the client’s business.
Ioan has a rich experience in administrative and banking law disputes, representing with success important players on the energy and telecom markets and in the banking sector. During his practice, he has represented international companies in labor law disputes and provided legal assistance in drafting the group restructuring policies.
