Catalin Grigorescu holds a training session addressing the critical aspects of the legislation for entrepreneurs on Wednesday, April 26, starting at 10:30am, during the third day of the Creative Minds Academy.
Drawing on his own experience as a lawyer and an entrepreneur, Catalin will focus his presentation on the importance of each entrepreneur’s ability to differentiate between the legal aspects that are business critical and the ones that are not critical, between the must-have and the nice-to-have. Acquiring this skill is relevant for both start-ups that are only at the beginning of the journey and for businesses that have already gained some market experience. During the training session, Catalin will reveal his recommendations on how to adopt the right legal diet for each business, customised based on its specific characteristics.
The Creative Minds Academy is an entrepreneurial school developed by UniCredit Bank. The Academy functions as a business accelerator that unfolds over 5 days (24-28 April), offering intensive courses organised for entrepreneurs in the start-up or scale-up business stage.
