Part of the Legal Business Series, the Business Review Employment event covered various legal aspects of the labor market ranging from restructuring and legislative challenges associated with it to legal aspects involved in the drafting of new individual or collective labor contracts.
Our employment and tax partner, Anca Grigorescu, LL.M.Eur, has been the moderator of the main morning panel. The topics were related to legal aspects of individual and collective labor contracts, staff reduction solutions - the total or partial transfer of enterprise ownership as a restructuring measure, and ways to manage restructuring outcomes.
