Alexandru Rusu is one of the founding partners of bpv GRIGORESCU and he has previously worked closely with Anca Grigorescu and Cătălin Grigorescu within an international law firm servicing clients throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
During his over six years of professional experience Alexandru Rusu has advised extensively in the Mergers & Acquistions and Corporate areas. He has participated in and has coordinated several major due diligence projects in connection with the acquisition of large companies in the IT, transport and oil and gas industries.
Alexandru Rusu combines his Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate expertise with thorough Tax law knowledge and experience. He also advises in Competition law.
Alexandru Rusu is a law graduate of the University of Bucharest and he is completing a Masters degree in Capital Markets and Portfolio Management at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. Apart from his native Romanian, he advises in English. |
