Anca Grigorescu is one of the founding partners of bpv GRIGORESCU. Previously she worked for almost ten years within major international law firms with strong Central and Eastern European presence. She has been involved in and has coordinated an array of complex projects, with a particular focus on green-field investments and mergers & acquisitions, where she advised both on buyer and seller side.
Anca Grigorescu leads the firm's Employment and Taxation practices. Her experience in Employment includes, among others, large re-organisation measures projects, employment conditions for management staff, share-options plans for international companies. Her in-depth knowledge of Taxation issues is an added value as she provides comprehensive tax structuring advice whenever required by the specifics of the transactions.
Anca Grigorescu also advises local and international industry leaders in Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Procurement.
Anca Grigorescu is a law graduate of the University of Bucharest and holds an international degree in EU law from the University of Bremen in Germany. She is an active member of the bpv LEGAL alliance�s Employment Practice Group.
Anca Grigorescu is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. Apart from her native Romanian language, she advises in English and German. |
