Anca Părăscan joined bpv GRIGORESCU as a founding partner, coming from a leading international law firm with several offices in Central and Eastern Europe.
Throughout her professional career, Anca Părăscan has worked for a wide range of international and local clients and has been involved in several projects especially in the Construction and Real Estate and Employment areas. Her experience includes FIDIC-based design and build/turnkey contracts and engineering, procurement and construction management services contracts. She also advises in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Anca Părăscan has studied at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany and she holds a law degree from the Romanian-American University in Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. Apart from her native Romanian, she advises in English and German.
Anca Părăscan has authored several articles and has co-authored books on specific issues in Corporate and Employment law, published in Romania and abroad. |
