bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA participated as partner in „Assisted Restructuring 2012” conference organized by HR Manager, continuing the series of thematic events addressing human resource professionals in all industries. The conference attracted an audience of over 80 human resources managers and specialists of multinational and local companies interested about the challenges of restructuring processes in 2012 and about the most efficient solutions for a successful restructuring.
bpv GRIGORESCU STEFANICA opened the conference by presenting on the theme “Restructuring Management under the framework of social dialogue”. A team of specialists Randjak Cristina, Managing Associate and Adina Tataru, Associate offered the participants an analysis of restructuring procedures applied in terms of social dialogue, with emphasis on the involvement of trade unions or employee representatives in these proceedings, on the information and consultation obligations of companies, on how the provisions of collective agreements affect these processes and proceedings, and on the management of labor disputes arising from the restructuring proceedings.
