Antonia is a senior associate within our Employment & Benefits, Taxation, M&A, and Data Protection & Privacy practices, providing tailored legal assistance and representation to both domestic and international companies.
With a primary focus on employment law, she specialises in labour consultancy, regularly advising clients on a wide range of employment matters such as redundancies, disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, and compliance with evolving regulations.
Antonia is also actively involved in due diligence processes and supports clients in addressing labour law implications in corporate transactions. Furthermore, she handles labour litigation and advises on employment-related tax matters.
