His industry experience spans digital and industrial technology, financial services, manufacturing, and energy and utilities.
He built the firm's technology practice into one of Romania's top-tier technology practices, and it now anchors the firm's strategic focus on technology across every sector it serves, from pure technology companies to traditional businesses navigating digital change.
Cătălin began his career in competition law, holds a Master's degree in European competition law, and has authored publications on the subject in Romania and abroad. Over the years, he has held non-executive and supervisory board roles in listed companies and non-profit organisations.
