Fredy is a senior associate with a versatile practice, advising clients on complex and cross-border matters across a broad range of industries.
Fredy has significant experience in TMT and commercial matters, assisting clients with regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of agreements, and addressing day-to-day operational challenges. He has also been active in dispute resolution, being involved in litigation and arbitration proceedings and supporting clients with strategic and practical advice throughout all stages of a dispute.
In addition, Fredy has experience in public procurement procedures, guiding clients through the later stages of the process, particularly in relation to contract award and implementation.
His expertise spans the full lifecycle of a project or dispute, combining strong analytical skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
